Great Plains offers business software packages including Axapta, Navision, Professional Services Automation and Solomon™. Whilst greatly improving operational efficiencies, these packages alone cannot access data contained in other ‘outside’ applications that may be required within the Great Plains solution. In most cases this transfer of data requires re-keying, or cutting and pasting from one source to the other.
